How do you know when you’re sabotaging?

✅You’re too busy
✅You procrastinate
✅You defer decisions
✅You’re disorganised
✅You make excuses
✅You’re impatient
✅You keep signing up for courses and programs but nothing changes
✅You constantly run into naysayers ( you are projecting your fears onto others)

Stop waiting for something to happen. Stop waiting for someone to rescue you. Stop waiting for the right moment. Stop waiting for the right solution. Stop waiting for clarity. Stop waiting for everything to be “just right”.

A big part of rewiring your 🧠 is discerning between what the ego says you want and what your soul truly desires.

Then making a conscious choice and going for it. Overcoming unconscious sabotage is, in essence, conflict resolution.🤷‍♂️

Although you may use affirmations, be aware they tackle the conscious and for lasting change you must open the door to the unconscious…
