Included in the program is:
- One-on-one 50minute weekly Zoom screen-share sessions
- 30 min deep-dive on zoom before we begin to get laser focused on your goals.
- 30 min follow up Zoom after we finish to review.
- Customised hypnotherapy and bespoke EFT recordings to cement the work done in the sessions to boost your results
- Direct access to me in between sessions via Voxer ( a free app)
Every program is tailored especially to you. There is no one size fits all, so I’ll focus on what’s most important to you. I know that results are important and so that’s what the programme gives you.
I’m a high level intuitive and multidimensional healer, so my approach allows us to go much deeper than traditional hypnotherapists and EFT practitioners go.
We work through one core challenge at a time, as your mind responds best this way. So if you’d like 3 sessions, I recommend you tell me about your primary issue or goal.
12 sessions are truly the ‘tipping point’ for lasting transformation. Just like personal training, you can’t expect a full body transformation after 3 sessions at the gym with your trainer.
However, over the last 20 years I have found that most of my clients completely work through one specific issue in less time, approx 3 sessions. Of course, some topics require more sessions than others.
If you aren’t quite ready for this level of commitment, or if this is NOT for you and it’s either TOO advanced or NOT advanced enough, I have other 1-1 programs that will serve you.
